Ashley Slattery-Chester is an artist/illustrator who creates artwork for children’s picture books, adult coloring pages, book cover designs, graphic branding designs, and mindfulness search and find images.
Based out of Omaha, Nebraska, Ashley started out as an art teacher at an inner-city youth center, became the lead graphic designer on an educational video-game project while studying Biological Systems Engineering at UNL. She designed event pamphlets and promotional material for a global nonprofit and has led numerous team-building painting classes (similar to “Cork and Canvas” activities) for Omaha area businesses and birthday parties. In all her endeavors, she enjoys bringing peaceful, cheerful images to life.
